November Discount and treat for me
I was asking for a discount that I felt I was due to me at the end of November, which I got through to through customer support. She clarified that it wasn't true at the moment, so she would go through their website resources and see what she could do. I just forgot about it, because most businesses don't have to deal with this kind of problem. To my astonishment, I received an email today from imogen to say that she will pay a discount for a potential order, 6 weeks after my question!! What a great customer service! It's so unusual that I just had to publish the analysis. Imogen deserves the greatest accolade, it's such a great service, it's what we need in customer service, all about the customer!!
Missed a discount by days!
My only disappointment is that I bought it just before the promotional event got started, I think it's just my luck. I just got a 10% discount since it was my first internet order... And just a few days after the supplies were about to be picked up at the supermarket, they had 1 for 1 deal, which would save me quite a lot.
