Nandos has got a bit lazy
Look, Nandos is one of the best restaurants in London. My issues are not with food or customer service, but with lack of imagination. I believe like Nandos has gotten lazy and complacent, instead of working on doing better, they're only handing out the same food and it's time for consumers to get tired. Still, nice store, but please, if you're reading this, spice it up. No stage is called vexatious if the menu becomes melancholy.
Nandos is a wonderful experience
My first encounter with Nandos was excellent. The service was fast and the food was really good. I have to admit that the kind and warm manner of the gentlemen in charge on the floor made it a wonderful experience, I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Inverness, man.
Going back to Nando's soon
Only wanted to say a big thank you to Claudio at Nando's Brentwood. I had a very small reservation about my last order, and the customer service I've got since then has been nothing short of outstanding. It is indeed the manner in which the complaint is received and dealt with that counts most and defines great management. Anything I haven't seen or got in a long time. Everything was fine, but Claudio's response to my (very minor) criticism was extraordinary. Thank you very much to Claudio and to the Brentwood squad. We're clearly going to be back soon!
