Great experience with Farmdrop so far.
I've been using Farmdrop for about three months without a hitch, but I had a couple of problems with my Christmas order (late, wet etc). I grasped the condition of COVID when the border was closed, people were panicking and adding to their orders, and I imagined that certain things would become inaccessible. Customer support team let me know that a couple of their drivers were shielded because they had COVID and so a lot of problems had to be inundated with orders and outsourced to the drivers. I got a refund for my defective goods, a loan for a potential order, and my next delivery came early with all the items I wished for. Really glad to buy newly grown organic fruit/veg.
Fantastic Farmdrop Website
I've purchased Farmdrop four times already, and I've found that their service and production is excellent. They have a lot of delivery slots available, a fantastic range and tasty, responsible food. Their customer service has always been timely, friendly and outstanding. My only minor criticism would be that if they did not have an item in stock, they would submit an alternative without a warning/choice or record of doing so. I don't think this is uncommon for supermarkets, but because the options aren't always ideal, I would generally recommend a choice or at least an alert so that I can get the right thing in time. But a minor question, and I'm sure I'll continue to use Farmdrop

excellent reduced packaging and delicious home made products cant get some of the branded products that are needed but a great alternative to a supermarket and they gave me a good discount off my 1st order and a free products on my next order which ive just placed not any more expensive than waitrose or sainsburys and wonderful quality
Perfect Christmas Presents (with a great discount!)
I love their goods, they're friendly, and customer service is supportive and helpful. Plus, the discount was a surprise near Christmas. This would be a five-star rating if it weren't for a chaotic shipping scenario. It was eventually rectified with grace, but after a bungled first try, they still had the wrong address when they finally arrived, and the orders for distribution that I painstakingly gave were still overlooked. However, I'm going to use them again and suggest them.
